Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RoofOS website (roofos.co) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

RoofOS provides an iPad-first roofing estimating and CRM platform designed for small roofing contractors. Our services include digital estimate creation, customer relationship management, digital signatures, and administrative tools. Access to the platform (ops.roofos.co) is governed by a separate service agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and functionality of RoofOS are the exclusive property of RoofOS LLC. You retain ownership of any data you input into the platform. We do not claim ownership of your business data, estimates, or customer information.

5. Payment Terms

RoofOS services are provided on a custom project-based pricing model with a monthly management fee. Specific pricing, payment schedules, and terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Monthly management fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoofOS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with a complete export of your data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or non-payment.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
