  • Respond to your demo requests and inquiries

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II compliant cloud database platform. Email communications are handled through secure SMTP. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., email delivery, analytics), but only as necessary to provide our services.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our website. These tools may use cookies to collect anonymous usage data. You can opt out of analytics tracking by using your browser's Do Not Track setting or installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser extension.

You have the right to:

7. SMS and Text Message Communications

RoofOS sends SMS messages only to people who have explicitly initiated contact with us by calling our published business phone number and verbally consented to receive text messages during that same phone call. We do not send unsolicited or marketing SMS.

How we obtain consent. When you call our inbound business line, our voice assistant or a team member asks if you would like the requested information sent by text message. If you say yes, that verbal opt in is your consent. If you say no, no SMS is sent.

Types of messages we send. Estimate delivery messages with a link to view the full breakdown of a roof estimate you requested. Appointment confirmations for consultations or inspections you scheduled. Occasional service updates related to a job you have engaged us on.

Message frequency. Typically one message per inbound call, plus follow up messages tied directly to a job or appointment you initiated. Frequency varies based on your engagement.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message and you will be removed from further SMS contact. Reply HELP for support information.

Mobile information sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
